Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Mammo Tech to work at a Facility in San Antonio, TX. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate : $41 / hour

The requirements are :

  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Mammo Tech
  • A valid and current license issued within the US
  • A valid and current CPR card
  • Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Performing Mammograms : Take X-ray images of the breast to detect abnormalities.
  • Patient Care : Prepare and comfort patients, explaining the procedure and ensuring their comfort during the process.
  • Operating Equipment : Use mammography machines safely and ensure they are working properly.
  • Reviewing Images : Check the quality of images and ensure they meet standards for accurate diagnosis.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain patient records and document procedures
