- Lead the development and implementation of psychological services within a PA DOC facility
- Supervise a team of licensed psychologists, including postdoctoral residents
- Assist in the coordination of psychiatric and psychological services for patients living with mental illnesses
- Chair the Psychiatric Review Team
- Review and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and plans of action
- Compile information for audits, including ACA and OPS inspections
