Job description includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring safety of each child on the ward, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions;Supervision of MHTA staff on the wards;Attending meetings CTP, morning meeting, TPR's, discharge, etc.;Noting of prescriber orders;Medication pass and health/medication teaching;Conducts nursing assessments;Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.;Maintains and updates patient records;Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
