Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 HR Based on Experience
Shift: Monday to Friday (Plus Overtime when needed)
Hours: 3 Shifts available: 8AM-4PM / 9AM-5PM/ 10AM-6PM
Full-time, in-office Desk job. Blue collar HVAC experience required!

Duties
- Answering calls and providing guidance on technical issues related to mini-split air conditioning systems.
- Learning Cooper&Hunter and Olmo HVAC products, error codes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Troubleshooting units as well as accessing if parts will need to be replaced and ordered over the phone.
- Assisting clients with warranty registration and orders for replacement parts.
- Documenting technical support calls for internal records.
- Assisting with testing and minor repairs of equipment when needed.
Qualifications
- Must have experience and knowledge with MINI-SPLIT units
- Must be comfortable using computers and computer systems
- 2-5 years of HVAC service experience
- 1-3 years HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, in person).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must complete thorough background check prior to starting work.
