What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operators (Days) position at Staff Works?
We are partnered with a large plastics company with over 300 employees. They run 24 / 7 and offer tremendous stability and their shifts are scheduled in a way that allows for 3 even 4 days off per week! Currently we are seeking Warehouse Operators for both their day shift.
Pay Rate : 20.25

Responsibilities :
Acquires and maintains skill certifications in order to properly use forklift, reach truck, and electric pallet jacks. Also, able to use tilt table, weight scale, battery exchange, stretch wrap or other equipment.
Performs routine pre-operational check of forklifts daily and clean as needed in accordance with checklist
Locates and distributes materials to departments as directed.
Conducts inventory cycle counts as directed.
Accurately prepares, inputs and processes various reports, paperwork or other administrative duties in a timely manner ether manually or with computer using programs such as TMM, Word, Excel and e-mail. Properly document all material movements.
Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and reports deficiencies or problems to supervisor or purchasing department.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
One year of related experience or training in a warehouse environment.
Must have one year experience with a sit down forklift.
Experience utilizing a stand up forklift or pallet jack.
Experience logging data into excel.
Basic math and literacy.
Pay Rate : 20.25
Schedule :
Rotating Shift both days and nights 3-4 days per week
