What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Staff?
As a member the Accounting Department, the Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the maintenance, design and analyses of related financial accounting systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Work closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on data mining, manipulation, financial report design and analysis.
- Support and provide back up the Senior Financial Analyst on all aspects of the Firm's month-end reporting process.
- Work with data in an Excel environment.
- Work in Power Point to create financial presentations.
- Develop reports in Microsoft SSRS and Microsoft Power BI.
- Schedule and maintain reports in Microsoft SSRS.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary work : Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
VISUAL ACUITY
Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
