Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join their Shelton, CT team. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding the client base. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team of sales professionals while cultivating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Will get paid 2.5 % overrides on current GM ($1,500-$2k per month)
- Provide structure (reporting, ensuring focusing on the right tasks, redirecting and nudging them) and train to understand rigor of running multiple projects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Actively prospect and build relationships with potential clients in technical staffing.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand client needs and ensure the right talent is provided.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress toward individual and team goals.
