What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities :
- Manage existing customer orders, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance business relationships.
- Prepare and submit accurate price quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Collect and enter claim data into the electronic system for processing.
- Support customer forecasting to assist with planning and demand management.
- Accurately process and enter customer orders into the electronic order entry system.
- Handle pricing exceptions and contractual agreements, ensuring proper approval through the system.
- Gather and analyze relevant market data to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customers, Outside Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Leadership, to ensure smooth operations and success.
