Currently, StaffBright has an exciting new IT Infrastructure Manager job opportunity with a client located in Livonia, MI. Ideal candidates for this role will have experience with fiber optics, IT management/leadership, and equipment installation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee network superintendents and their tech teams handling day-to-day physical work.
- Lead and manage a team of IT Infrastructure professionals within the Installation Leadership Team.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring budget, timelines, customer, and internal requirements are met.
- Monitor and improve installation processes to increase throughput, efficiency, and quality.
- Develop, document, and implement processes and procedures for the role and team.
What We'll Need From You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of IT management/leadership experience
- Experience managing fiber optic networks.
- Knowledge of equipment installations, including fiber, IT, and electrical systems.
All-Star Skill set:
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800
- LDAP, Active Directory Domain Administration, firewall management systems
- IT Audit, IT risk, and systems
