StaffBright has an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with one of our long-time clients! We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves engaging with current clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. With weekly bonuses on top of commissions , earning potential is high—top performers exceed $100K annually.
What You Will Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to current clients (35 calls / day or 2 hours of talk time).
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline in real-time.
- Think strategically to recommend tailored solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
