Process Engineer

Currently, StaffBright has a great Process Engineer job opportunity in the Canton, OH area. Ideally, individuals should have at least 1 year of professional engineering experience in process or a related field, with exposure to injection molding processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyze production data and provide technical recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards while maintaining detailed process documentation.
• Support new product launches by developing and validating processes.

What We Need From You:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding processes, including troubleshooting and optimization.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in high-volume production.
