We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Representative to join our client's growing team and take ownership of sales efforts within a defined territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Actively schedule and conduct customer visits, cold calls, and market canvassing to identify needs and uncover sales opportunities in the commercial sector.
- Promote and demonstrate the value of our rental and sales offerings while exploring new customer segments and markets.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates on product changes, service options, and customized solutions to address specific challenges.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and customer engagements
- Accurately manage customer data and opportunities in CRM, while staying current on product knowledge and sales forecasting to support business goals.
What We Need From You:
- Demonstrated sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to build lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored equipment solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
All-Star Skillset:
- Background in Water & Sewer rental/sales equipment or utility vehicles
- Experience selling heavy construction equipment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
