About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the automotive and metals industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and overseeing sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise sales teams inside and outside the organization
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the business sector and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Create annual budgets, review financial reports, and provide insights for management
- Identify new business opportunities, explore market conditions, and create business models
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of sales experience, including team management and leadership
- Proven track record in new business development and account management
- Experience in metals, preferably non-ferrous
- Automotive background
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak Spanish or Japanese
- Technical sales knowledge within the automotive field
