- Oversee and manage the tax department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient handling of individual tax returns.
- Support and guide team members to provide accurate, compliant, and timely tax preparation.
- Provide tax advice and respond to client questions, assisting them in understanding their tax obligations and outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest tax law changes and integrate them into client services.
- Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) certification or CPA licensure.
- Proven experience in tax preparation and oversight.
- Strong understanding of individual tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to lead a high-performing tax team.
