This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating design services, reviewing financial statements, and market design services.

Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budget.
- Conducting site assessments and translating those to insights into design solutions in AutoCAD.
- Ability to create detailed floor plans and layout that optimize space utilization while considering the functional needs of the space.
- Manage projects from conception to completion; including coordinating with suppliers, overseeing installation and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget.
- Some assistance with sales efforts by presenting design solutions that highlight products.
- Understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- 1-3 years of Interior Design experience
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.
- Extreme attention to detail is required for accuracy in designs and orders.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field
