- Conduct thorough name searches and accurately report findings for pre-employment screening purposes.
- Navigate and manage records, dockets, and court technology to ensure precise and timely data entry.
- Transcribe information from various documents into databases, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills & data entry skills
- Proficiency in transcribing from a document to a database
- Experience working in multiple software systems simultaneously
- Ability to conduct name searches with a keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as having a strong teamwork mentality
- Skillful in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- High School Diploma required
- Criminal Justice Background is a plus
