This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
This is an in-person, onsite role in the Western New York area.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily flow of FOIL requests and responses
- Coordinate the FOIL process from initial receipt to final response
- Connect with subject matter experts to gather necessary information
- Provide timely, comprehensive responses that comply with FOIL law
- Collaborate with various constituents, including Legal Counsel
- Complete monthly reporting requirements
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in legal, compliance operations, and/or document management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and coordinate with various parties
