Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians and coordinate service appointments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues by effectively communicating with Service Managers and Technicians.
- Prepare and maintain accurate invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to provide updates on service requests and problem resolutions.
- Experience as an administrative professional providing support internally and to external customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage workload effectively and maintain a functional filing system
- Willingness to learn work order tracking software (Buildops) and accounting software (Sage 300)
- Respect for confidential information and the ability to act with discretion
