A local company specializing in regulatory systems is seeking to hire a Labeling Systems Technician in the Lakeland, FL area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and functionality of RFID label inlays. Your role will involve reviewing, editing, and managing RFID label inlay processes to meet regulatory standards and operational requirements.

Review and adjust RFID label inlays to ensure they meet compliance and functional standardsInitiate new production jobs and input roll details into the systemAssist with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment as directedCalibrate applicators to align with specified software settingsRe-web the machine with RFID label inlays for new production runsSelect and adjust sensor settings based on the type of RFID label inlayOperate the machine to verify proper application of inlays on the web, making adjustments as needed :Modify lay settings through machine controlsAdjust distance settings using softwareRegulate rewind tension at the applicator unitClean RFID inlay editors to maintain equipment cleanlinessInspect finished products to ensure they meet compliance and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with shift and department personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operationsExecute production orders according to product specifications and established practicesWho We’re Looking For
Mechanical background with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining machinery required
Proven experience in a warehouse environment requiredAbility to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectivelyDemonstrates a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the team’s successDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasksHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain clear recordsAbility to read, comprehend, and accurately follow written and oral instructionsMeet and exceed required performance metrics dailyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamComfortable using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office and various Internet browsersAbility to stand / sit for several hours at a timeAbility to lift and / or move up to 50lbsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhat You Can Expect
