A local well-established warehouse in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire position with immediate availability, and the successful candidate will have the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Track, manage, and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock countsPerform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracyReceive, inspect, and log shipments, ensuring that stock is properly stored and accessibleEnsure that all products meet quality standards and specifications before they are shipped or usedWho We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and quality controlComputer literacy is required, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheet softwarePrior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with inventory management systems and quality control processesWhat You Can Expect
