You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image . This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Provide multilingual support as needed, particularly in English and Spanish.
Skills
- Proficient in English.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with office software and call center operations is preferred.
