The Creative Director at StaffDNA will be responsible for the visual identity and creative execution of marketing and communications for the company, including three sister brands. The Creative Director will serve as the primary design lead for all corporate graphics, logos, images and will ensure consistency in the look and feel of the corporate brand, including three subsidiaries. Working with the Director of Marketing, Director of Communications and Social Media Manager, this role requires creative thinking, organization, problem solving and planning skills. Strong communication skills are necessary to be successful in this fast-paced and quickly growing organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing creative marketing assets to support marketing including email campaigns, social media posts, corporate presentations, videos, infographics, website landing pages, case studies, microsites and brand guides
- Design web projects, print, online ads and other creative assets
- Animate logos, brand assets and presentations
- Collaborate closely with marketing and communications to ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms including mobile app, website, ads, social media and PR
- Plan and manage multiple creative design projects working with teams across the organization
- Illustration and animation of logos and marketing graphics
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Pitch and execute new creative ideas to support the brand and business objectives
- Create and manage an online image library of images, artwork, logos and graphics
- Oversee creative assets for on-site industry events and internal company gatherings
- Manage on-site and off-site photo shoots
- Preferred Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite: XD, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Blender, Figma, Canva, Sketch, PowerPoint, CorelDRAW and Procreate
