Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating patient physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and creating therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management.
You will also have the opportunity to educate patients on exercises and techniques that support continued recovery after discharge from the LTAC facility.
