DESCRIPTION:

· Annual Earnings: Approximately $100,000/year with overtime (~ 60-hour workweek)

· Relocation: Relocation package available for qualified candidate.

· You might be expected to work overtime like 60 hours a week and will be paid 1.5X times.

OVERVIEW:

· We are seeking an experienced Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Tech/Supervisor to oversee and maintain our Ammonia Refrigeration Systems in a high-demand Food Processing facility (Fish).

· This role focuses on hands-on technical work, with minor/little supervisory responsibilities.

· If you have extensive experience in Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance and are looking for a stable opportunity with overtime, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and compressors.

· Troubleshoot and fix leaks and other system issues.

· Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

· Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

· Provide technical expertise to support facility operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Extensive experience in Ammonia or NH3 Refrigeration Maintenance.

· Knowledge of compressors, system repairs and leak troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

· Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

· Facility Size: 186,000 Sq Ft.

· Production Output: Processes 200,000 pounds of catfish daily.

· Fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring quick thinking and adaptability.

Schedule:

· Standard 60-hour workweek with overtime opportunities.

· Primarily a Monday-Friday weekday work schedule.
