PLANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Location: Miami, FL

Salary: $80,000 - $97,000 Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the plant’s maintenance team, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and safely.
- Oversee electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards (advanced electrical knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to reduce downtime.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and external regulatory bodies (EPA, OSHA).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Experience: Proven track record in managing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Electrical Maintenance
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in Creole or French is a plus.
