We are seeking an experienced PSM / Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Lead to oversee and maintain our ammonia refrigeration systems in a high-demand Food Processing facility (Fish). This role focuses on hands-on technical work, with minor supervisory responsibilities. Job Title: Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Lead / Supervisor
Location: Itta Bena, MS
Pay: $30/hour (Overtime at 1.5x)
Annual Earnings: Approximately $100,000/year with overtime (~ 60-hour workweek)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and compressors.
- Troubleshoot and fix leaks and other system issues.
- Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical expertise to support facility operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance (Required).
- Knowledge of compressors, system repairs, and leak troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
