Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Technician
Location: Itta Bena, MS
Pay: $30/hour (Overtime at 1.5x) $45/hour for overtime.
Annual Earnings: Approximately $100,000/year with overtime (~ 60-hour workweek)
Relocation: Relocation package available for qualified candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and compressors.
- Troubleshoot and fix leaks and other system issues.
- Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical expertise to support facility operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ammonia refrigeration maintenance.
- Stable Job History.
- Knowledge of compressors, system repairs, and leak troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
