About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to own and grow the aftermarket business for RAS in North America. We specialize in Preventative Maintenance, machine parts, training, and rebuilds, and the market is booming! This role is key to capturing untapped potential and driving revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5-10 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Location: Must be local, within a 45-minute commute to Peachtree City, GA.
- Skills:
- Hunter mentality – thrive on finding and securing new opportunities.
- Strong data analytics abilities – working with databases, creating lists in Excel, and executing email campaigns.
- Charisma and communication skills to engage all levels, including CEOs.
- Technically savvy and comfortable in a hands-on industry.
- Knowledge of business development processes and the ability to dig for information.
- Motivation: We’re looking for someone eager to own and grow the aftermarket segment.
Compensation
- Base Salary: Up to $75k/year (flexible for the right candidate).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): At least $125k/year, with uncapped potential.
- Inherit the entire North America aftermarket book of business.
