Position: CNC Machinist (Entry to Senior Level)

Position Overview: As a CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production process, utilizing your expertise to operate and program CNC machines to produce precision parts. From entry-level positions to senior roles, we offer opportunities for growth and advancement within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision parts within specified tolerances.
- Program machines using G-code or CAM software, optimizing cutting parameters for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor the machining process, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications: For Entry-Level Candidates:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of machining principles and concepts.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
For Mid-Level Candidates:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with setting up and operating CNC machines independently.
- Knowledge of G-code programming and CNC software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
For Senior-Level Candidates:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and cutting parameters.
- Extensive experience with programming and setting up complex CNC machines.
- Proven track record of optimizing machining processes for efficiency and quality.
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
