Job Title: Part-Time Accountant
Location: Clare, MI (Hybrid Remote)
Pay: $22 - $26/hour (DOE)

Position Summary
The Part-Time Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role requires expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and QuickBooks to effectively track financial activities and support the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist with tax preparation, audits, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- High level of trustworthiness and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
