Our client is looking to add a Trapper/Exclusion specialist to their team in the Milwaukee area. As a Wildlife Trapper/Exclusion Specialist , you will part of a team of wildlife professionals who respond to requests for nuisance wildlife management services for both residential and commercial properties. You will be heroes in your communities protecting people, property, and wildlife. A successful Trapper/Exclusion Technician needs to be motivated, energetic, and creative with outstanding communication skills
Duties Include:

Trapping & removing nuisance wildlife (bats, mice, raccoons, birds, opossums etc)

Wildlife damage repair and prevention
-
Exclusion and preventative services
-
Train on Service Bridge to learn proper documentation procedures (notes and pictures).

Remove unwanted animals according to customers work orders,
-
Work with customer to create an action plan for service and clearly explain details and process.

Euthanize rabies vector animals in CO2 chamber according to company standards
-
Maintains quality results by adhering to company standards.

Maintains safe work habits by following company standards.

Help maintain a clean and well-organized company vehicle.

Maintain clean/safe job sites. Make sure all tools and trash are cleaned up and on the truck.

Learn and adhere to proper use of the company supplied safety equipment (harnesses, proper anchor point installation)

Adhere to company standards in ladder and roof safety on job sites.
Desired Skills

Familiarity with metal live traps

General Handyman knowledge
Requirements
-
Valid Drivers License & Clean Driving record (previous experience operating a company vehicle preferred)

Passable Drug Test including marijuana

Comfortable working with heights and tight spaces
-
General wildlife experience (farming, pest removal etc)

Work Environment: Bending, kneeling and crawling into tight spaces to carry out site work. Requires standing for a long period of time. Ability to safely use ladders and work at heights for long periods of time.
Travel: Some local travel required. Should have a valid driver’s license, pass motor vehicle record search and have and maintain a good driving record that is acceptable to our insurance company.
