Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Advisor to join our team at Staffers Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefit records for all employees.
- Prepare data base of information of all those currently on medical leave.
- Establish and maintain a full file on each person on medical leave.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and five years of previous experience in benefits and HR.
- Demonstrated proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
