About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team at Staffers Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist coordinating workshops and events related to organization's benefits.
- Assist CBO in planning and hosting the Board of Pension and Board of Medical Benefits.
- Obtain all human resources information including federal/state withholding forms, I-9, medical reimbursement, and other deductions requests from conference employees.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and five years of previous experience in benefits and HR.
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn the organization as well as the policy and structure.
- Must be highly organized with capacity for multitasking, working independently, and as part of a team.
