RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Orange Park, FL, to provide direct, one-on-one medical care for medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.

• Focus on medical needs and treatment according to the care plan.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments.
