As an essential member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and observing physical and emotional conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility

Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Document patient information accurately and promptly in medical records.

Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of California.

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
