Overview
We are currently looking for a General Laborer in our Nestle Dekalb location to join their growing warehouse.
Pay: $19
1st shift: 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday
General Labor Responsibility
Responsible for ensuring the warehouse is running to performance and quality standards, move boxes up to 40 lbs as needed, performs housekeeping duties which include sweeping, and inventory management. This project will last 3 – 4 weeks, candidates with perfect attendance can get considered for permanent placement. Steel toes required.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preform General Warehouse duties, as needed.
- Performs housekeeping duties to ensure the material does not accumulate under the conveyors, aisle ways and catwalks by following safety practices to avoid injuries.
- Completes production documentation insuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness
- Meets quality and quantity standards.
- Informs the maintenance personnel of any problems in which they may encounter.
- Follows safety practices to ensure their safety and the safety of others. All other duties as assigned.
