Aerospace Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team on the first shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm).
About the Role
This is a critical position responsible for installing and maintaining machinery and equipment across all aspects of our foundry operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned maintenance work orders to ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and service of company equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment malfunctions using knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, heating, and air conditioning fundamentals.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with two years of related experience and/or training.
- Must have own tools to handle most jobs for machinery maintenance, facility maintenance, and testing of electrical circuitry.
- Must be responsible for proper care and use of company-provided shop specialty tools and equipment.
- Fabricate as required using torch, MIG, and stick welding.
- Knowledge of and adherence to lockout/tag out procedures.
- Programming for Allen-Bradley, GE, Idec, and Mitsubishi controllers would be beneficial but is not required.
