Line Lead Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee our production line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse environments, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are assembled, fabricated, and packaged according to FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
Line Lead 1st shift Hours: 6AM to 4PM Monday through Friday
Line Lead 1st shift PAY: $19/hr
Line Lead 3rd shift Hours: 8PM to 6AM Sunday through Thursday
Line Lead 1st shift PAY: $20/hr
Line Lead Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with team members to assemble, fabricate, and package products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and mechanical equipment to maintain smooth operations.
- Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP practices throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Line Lead Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with pallet jacks is preferred
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
