Education/Experience
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- CNA certification in ND or completion of state-approved training within 120 days of hire.
- Support residents in personal choices and independence.
- Follow infection control and safety standards.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to call lights and adapt environment to resident needs.
