Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, and Lead by example by doing sales on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and technical sales, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while managing client relationships and having attention to detail.
Duties
- Be on the road daily to find clients that will benefit from our Staffing Agency services. This includes: lead generation, prospecting, selling and closing contracts.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce or other tools to manage candidate/clients pipelines and track metrics.
- Lead a team of recruiters when provided, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Oversee the entire Recruitment/Sales process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Must get on the road daily to find clients and grow the business
- Must be familiar with doing payroll, W2 employees and 1099 contractors vocabulary.
- Other tasks as needed.
- Must have ownership mentality and innovative mindset to run a business.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking sales and recruitment activities.
- Strong account management skills, capable of nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
