Bilingual English-Spanish Documentation Specialist Needed in Somerset NJ!!
We currently have a great opportunity for a Bilingual English-Spanish Documentation Specialist in Somerset NJ! As a Documentation Specialist, you will be is responsible for creating, managing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation for products, services and processes. The right candidate will ensure that all documents are easily accessible, up-to-date, and compliant with relative standards and regulations. This role requires you to work collaboratively with other departments and possesses exceptional inter-personal communication and written skills. This position reports to the Senior Manager/Director of Quality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reviews Batch Records for accuracy and completeness.
• Addresses any issues found with the Department Heads in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and update documents accordingly.
• Trains/re-trains individuals on Good Documentation Practices, as required.
• Trains/re-trains individuals on Good Manufacturing Practices, as required.
• Enters and updates information into our system databases - Incoming Inspection Reports, Master Standards Database and Retain Database.
• Implement and oversee document storage strategies to ensure long-term accessibility and security.
• Oversee the COA and MSDS process, including requests for missing documents, and enter into Dropbox.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Education:
• High School Diploma or Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Hourly rate of $25 per hour
