Bilingual Client Services Representative Needed in Whitehall, OH!!!

What are we looking for? STAFFING ALTERNATIVES is looking for a candidate to join our Whitehall, Ohio Team. The right candidate is energetic, friendly, and has a positive attitude. Our current opening, Client Services Representative, will be interviewing, onboarding, and recruiting temporary candidates in order to place them in light industrial roles.

Job Responsibilities
- Greeting walk in candidates in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls with good phone etiquette
- Recruiting and matching candidates' skillset with job requirements
- Screening and interview applicants
- Administering pre-employment screening and testing
- Assisting our on-assignment associates with any issues they may have
- Maintaining excellent communication with our client-companies
- Checking in assignment associates onsite at warehouse
Job Requirements and Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish-English is a must!
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to problem solve and quick thinking
- Prior customer service in an office environment a must
- Ability to do check ins at client-company job site
- Reliable transportation
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
*Must be flexible with hours and be able to check in associates, if needed*
Salary
Weekly Salary $720-$800 DOE
