Salary : Approximately $1,000 / week
- Bilingual Administrative Assistant to Risk Manager

As the Risk Management Assistant, your responsibilities include data collection and input in this metrics-driven position, criminal background screening letters / forms and forklift certifications. The right candidate has a strong sense of commitment, while being driven and self-motivated.

Duties Include :
Review and reconcile of all invoicing from medical facilities
Track inventory and replenish PPE and Drug Testing Supplies
Creation of light duty letters, scheduling appointments, authorizations
Insurance company deductible invoicing research
Data collection and organization of workers' comp claims
Requirements :
Bilingual in English and Spanish a must!
Excellent organizational skills
Excel basics
Enjoy working with metrics and reporting
Reliable transportation
Hours and Salary :
Monday-Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Weekly Salary Approximately$1,000.00
