As Admin Support, your responsibilities include running Excel reports, inputting notes, providing excellent customer service in our client company's warehouse environment. Responsibilities to Include:
- Inputting temporary associate notes in our Applicant Tracking Software
- Running reports through the ATS
- Preparing Excel reports
- Other administrative duties, as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service to our temporary associates, as well as our client company
Job Requirements:
- Strong sense of commitment, responsibility and urgency
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment a must!
- Computer literate and basics of Excel a must!
- Organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work M-F; 9a-5:30p
