Customer Service Representatives Needed for Piscataway NJ Area!!!

We are seeking 2 (two) Customer Service Representatives for a logistics facility in the Piscataway NJ area. The positions are long term, with the possibility of being hired through the company.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Salary
Hourly rate $20-$21 depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Candidates will be:
- Working with purchase orders
- Handling client accounts
- Answering phone calls using good phone etiquette
- Emailing with good communication skills
- Preparing reports
- Using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
- Administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Must have prior customer service experience in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook a must
- Spanish is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
- Strong sense of time management
- Reliable transportation
