Our client-company based in Dayton, NJ, is a cutting-edge logistics company that provides comprehensive supply-chain solutions and services to online and offline businesses, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and buyers.
We are seeking a Bilingual English-Spanish Warehouse Supervisor with 3 years of experience to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the Shipping Departments. The ideal candidate will possess Shipping experience in a 3PL Distribution Center handling multiple customer accounts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):
- Lead the departments to profitability and operational excellence.
- Productivity measurement and tracking.
- Ensure proper organizational structure.
- Coordinate and support account management activities.
- Optimize operational flow; control physical layout and design methods.
- Workload balancing through forecasting and inbound planning.
- Devise strategies for continuous improvement.
- Assist with client on-boarding and operational integration.
- Area management; security, OSHA compliance, etc.
- Data analysis and action planning.
- Employee relations and performance management.
- Production assembly management; value-added services.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3 years of industry-related management experience working in a facility supporting multiple clients is a must.
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shift priorities, and manage change.
- Possess a self-motivated desire to improve processes and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrates integrity, professional maturity, and dependability.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Great communication skills.
- Demonstrates a positive "can do" attitude in all situations.

- Extensive software-based warehouse/logistics/operations experience.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Language Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish a requirement
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.; occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 70 lbs. team assisted.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
Schedule:
1st Shift - Must be flexible with the hours
Pay Rate:
$28-$30 depending on experience
