Staffing Alternatives is looking for an Onsite Manager to work in our client's global logistics warehouse supervising our temporary associates - 2nd shift. This person must be bilingual in English/Spanish and have a strong sense of responsibility/urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise temporary industrial field staff
- Timeclock and reporting
- Serve as the point of contact between our agency and client
- Administrative duties
- Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
Specific Abilities:
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
- Previous staffing experience a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
