Schedule:

7:00AM-3:30PM

Salary:

 Hourly pay rate $19.00- $20.00 (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• SOP Adherence
• Set up lines
• Safety Compliance
• Documentation Compliance
• Training on job start-ups
• Teach and enforce “ready to work”
•  Production efficiency improvement through the following devices
•  First hour efficiency
•  Assist in line diagram development and documentation
•  Cycle time and % to standard understanding discipline
•  Equipment utilization for streamlines production flow
•  Pace conveyor based on calculated cycle times
•  Inventory transaction compliance through
•  Line Leader reconciliations
•  Set up team overview and scheduling
•  Enforcement of documentation and consistency of open box inspection
•  Consistently challenging the production lines on quality control and emphasis on quality drivers and techniques
•  Work with the Quality team
•  Ensuring production data is accurate and complete
•  Checking paperwork accuracy
•  Set up production lines
•  Work with supervision on scheduling of set ups and changeovers
•  Placing equipment and personnel on the most ergonomic and efficient locations for production flow
•  Guide and enforce strict inventory management procedures (Line Clearance)
