**WANTED ~ 2nd Shift Bilingual Production Lead Needed Mount Laurel NJ**

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise our temporary associates throughout the shift, ensuring that they are complying with GMPs and PPE.
- Work closely and communicate with client regarding performance of temporary associates.
- Participate in trainings.
- Perform daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
- Maintain effective and constant communication with client company's management
- Learn the duties of each line, in order to train new associates
- Process payroll and paid sick leave time
- Provide exceptional customer service to our associates and client company management
Job Requirements:
- Background in warehouse lead or supervision a must!
- Background in production.
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Ability to translate English to Spanish
- Quick thinker, problem solver, and multi-tasker
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Staffing or onsite experience a plus!
- Ability to constantly walk throughout the shift
- Be able to work additional hours during peak season
- Reliable transportation
Hours:
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:30AM
**Must be flexible with hours to be able to work additional hours during peak season**
Salary:
Weekly salary approximately $840
