Staffing Alternatives is recruiting a highly-motivated candidate with a go-getter and can-do attitude! Our openings are within our client-company's large global logistics facility in Burlington, NJ. FIRST, SECOND AND MID SHIFTS AVAILABLE!
The ideal Staffing Onsite Supervisor is bilingual English-Spanish, has a strong sense of commitment, urgency, ability to communicate effectively, while also be open for professional development and growth!

Core Responsibilities
- Provide onboarding orientations to our assignment associates
- Ensure assignment associates are in compliance with company GMPs and PPEs
- Supervise our temporary associates within this logistics facility
- Maintain effective communication with client-company management
- Constant safety walks on a daily basis
- Assist assignment associates with work related and/or payroll issues
- Preparing daily reports
- Attend daily and weekly meetings
- Coach and counsel assignment associates
- Other duties as needed
Core Abilities and Requirements
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Supervisory or warehouse lead experience a must!
- Ability to walk throughout the shift
- Background in warehouse experience and Customer Service
- Staffing or recruiting experience a plus.
- Reliable transportation
Available Hours and Salary
1st Shift Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Mid Shift Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm
2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:30am
Must be flexible with schedule. Possible weekend work during peak.
